Payment methods

You can pay by credit or debit card, and by any other payment options shown at checkout. The options available to you may vary depending on your card provider and device.

Payments are processed by secure payment providers that follow PCI DSS standards and use encryption to protect your details. We do not store your full card or bank details on our systems.

Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment (for example with a code or banking app). This is a normal security step.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Soratchen is not VAT-registered, so VAT is not added to our prices. Your bank may charge a fee if you pay with a card issued outside the UK.

Your payment is authorised when you place your order. If a payment cannot be authorised, your order may be delayed or cancelled and we will let you know.

After a successful payment you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder or contact us.
